With a background as a sports therapist since 2003, Steph has a solid foundation in rehabilitation techniques, which she skillfully integrates into her Pilates method. Her journey with Pilates began in 2011 in Auckland, where she quickly fell in love with the practice. During her time in New Zealand, Steph had the privilege of working with top-tier athletes in rugby, CrossFit, and cricket, enriching her expertise.
